Build 5 released

another pretty small build but a friend wants to test it out so heres build 5

FIXED

some bugs regarding the console

adjusted the difficulty scaling to make the early game a little more forgiving

ADDED

added "spread debt" (allows the upgrade to be properly utilized even before having bullet spread) 

added a new enemy: "BigBoy". he has a stupid name but he spices up the game a bit

updated the debug menu with several new additions
